In 2011, Lumen Software was acquired by Dr John Vandewalle who wanted to make a difference in Education. He changed the name to Lumen Touch to better reflect the vision and mission of Lumen. Since then we have upgraded all our systems and are hiring the right people to deliver the best service.

GG4L leverages its Platform to create purpose-built integrated ecosystems of EdTech solutions, aimed at specific impact initiatives, that could be easily implemented, validated and sustained financially for schools around the world, as they together drive school improvement. To date, over 450 organizations, serving over 100,000 schools globally, have joined as GG4L Members and agreed to GG4L’s membership pledge to advocate for open data interoperability standards, secure data exchange and strict student data privacy compliance.
